Meet HGTV’s Flip Or Flop Nashville Stars: DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner

HGTV’s Flip or Flop franchise just keeps growing. We delivered the news of the latest expansions in the series already, but today we are taking a closer look at Flip or Flop Nashville Stars DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner. The duo are exes who are now business partners and will bring their expertise to HGTV screens Thursday, Jan. 18 at 9 PM when Flip or Flop Nashville premieres.

DeRon is a licensed contractor and Page is a real estate agent and have been running a house flipping business for several years now.

“We love to buy, renovate and flip houses—but the craziest part is that we’re exes,” Page said. “Thankfully, in business, we work great together.”

DeRon says it takes a lot of effort to succeed in the house flipping business.

“Flipping a home successfully is a balancing act,” he said. “You need the right improvements to make the house appealing to buyers, but you don’t want to overspend and lose your profit.”

About the season premiere:

During the season, Page and DeRon showcase why Nashville is a great place to flip homes, with its booming housing market and older houses that need renovation. In the season premiere, Page surprises DeRon by purchasing a partially renovated house in an in-demand neighborhood.

“I can’t believe Page bought this house without telling me,” said DeRon. “That’s probably why we broke up!”
